- Rated 5 out of 5by Zein Adi, a year agoWork really nice on Windows 11. Really solve the multi-profile browser problem. But need some installing some .exe extension from github.
For those with FF 124.0 that broke this plugin. Here's how to fix this temporarily:
1. Hit Windows + R.
2. Put "%APPDATA%\nulldev\FirefoxProfileSwitcher\config\" inside the prompt, and hit "ok." This will open the configuration folder. The address should look like this:
C:\Users\[yourusername]\AppData\Roaming\nulldev\FirefoxProfileSwitcher\config
You should see avatar.json and profile-options.json
3. Right click anywhere inside the "config" folder, and create new text document. Name it "config.json".
4. Open config.json (with notepad) and paste the following text into config.json:
{"browser_binary": "C:\\Program Files\\Mozilla Firefox\\firefox.exe"}
5. Save.
6. Reopen FF.

It would be nice if this extension allowed users to upload their own profile picture and/or offered the option of using each Firefox account's avatar as the profile picture.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Naw, a year agoPlease make this work with forks of firefox, e.g. LibreWolf or Waterfox. You have plenty of people on your github describing the issue, who have been reporting it for months.

- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 13518975, 2 years agoVery good addon, simple and straightforward. Only 4 stars because I couldn't figure out a way to pick my own profile picture, which would make it perfect IMO. Should be a native part of Firefox.
- Rated 5 out of 5by Ricardo Gouveia, 2 years agoCool. It works nicely. Firefox should really make this a native feature.
- Rated 1 out of 5by DeAndre Queary, 2 years agoThis royally screwed up my Firefox to the point it would not open unless I created a completely new profile erasing every setting. Thank god I had a backup of my Firefox profile. I really wish mozilla would make a proper profile switcher, cus this one aint it.

- Rated 4 out of 5by Win Lawson, 2 years agoThis is a functional add on its good enough that it should be a default part of firefox. I deducted a star because I would like to be able to choose my own profile pictures instead of the ones presupplied. (Maybe this is possible by finding a directory somewhere but this shouldnt have to be difficult)

- Rated 5 out of 5by Vertixty, 2 years agoGreat add-on for Firefox. One suggestion I would like get added is password protect for the profiles.
- Rated 5 out of 5by عبدالرحمن الشياب, 2 years agoA greate extension, but with 2 caveats, 1st I'm asking to allow adding photos as profile picture. 2nd and I know this might not be your fault, installation process is not easy for normal user, and sometimes it may include defficulties with Xcode on Mac.
