Thank you for the interest and review of the addon. I have published a new version (1.3) with a stop keybind and 10 new languages.
I would love to hear if there are any other suggestion that would improve your experience with the addon.

Not sure if this update will notify you but I have published a new version (1.4) with the ability to toggle auto-detection as you suggested. Please try it out and let me know if you face any issues.

Glad the new feature works :) I will look into the meta-key issue that you raise when I get the time.
