- Rated 4 out of 5by Ap11o, 3 years agoI have deleted my review from last week as the issue raised was clearly NOT due to the add on, and the failure of the zoom function to operate was down to Firefox/Nightly.
Version 105.0a1 (2022-07-26) (64-bit) was installed this morning, and ALL functions of the add on were restored - a number of lesser anomalies were fixed too. I changed nothing else.
I also updated from the roll back option, and have full functionality including all the new options added up to 5.3.9. - Rated 5 out of 5by ЯромиR, 3 years agoIt is very nice to see and know that author actively takes care about all issues and responses to users reported problems.
- Rated 5 out of 5by Demerion, 3 years agoDoes what you expect it to. Comes with a keyboard shortcut if you don't want another icon in the shortcuts bar.
My only request: A different shortcut icon without the 90° in it. I think it would look very clean! Maybe a toggle in the preferences?Developer response

v5.3.7
- change default icons
- add option to change icons in the add-on Preferences (5 icons per button) - Rated 5 out of 5by Betsey, 3 years agothe zoom/mirror button hasn't worked since the latest update unfortunately even after restarting/refreshing/removing the addon. usually a good plugin though. edit: the keybind still works but the button doesn't. will change my review to reflect that it still works :)

please try checking the add-on preference to see if the value of "Adjust the Zoom/Mirror" still exists (normally this value will be set at start) - Rated 5 out of 5by biomekanika, 3 years ago
- Rated 4 out of 5by Maxdout, 3 years agoSo much easier rotating the video itself than having to do it in my display settings which always messes up my icons. The zoom feature is also very useful. The only issue I encounter is sometimes the button gets stuck while zooming in or out if I click to fast and I have to refresh the page for it to stop. I also wish you could change how far it goes up or down per click

If this update doesn't fix the issue. You can try adjusting it with the Zoom and Y option - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 14562580, 3 years ago
- Rated 5 out of 5by goForAnotherLife, 3 years agoHi there creater, thanks for this amazing addon.
Just a quick feedback, after the latest update on Youtube, the addon icon are not appear in the youtube bar, but the function still work using keyboard shortcut.
Edit: button is back.
Another question, is there anyway to keep the rotation while using picture-in-picture mode?Developer response
posted 3 years agoEdit
It's impossible. Picture-in-picture mode is a built-in browser and there are no APIs to customize
If you are using MAC OS, you can try IINA program which has rotation feature.
IINA player: https://iina.io/
add-on "Open In IINA" : https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/open-in-iina-x/

Hi. Thanks for the feedback.
What do you mean latest update on Youtube? I tested it but the button still show.
If you are installing the add-on for the first time, you need to refresh the page - Rated 5 out of 5by Kappalite, 4 years ago

tested with all other add-ons disabled on latest version of firefox. text selection works for all other add-ons, but stops working when only this add-on is enabled and all other add-ons disabled.
Edit 2: 5.2.2 did not fix the issue
Edit: the only fix is when i change the shortcuts in Manage extensions.
This works great, but I think the add-on breaks the navigation and highlighting features in the search bar. I can't use ctrl + shift + arrow keys to highlight text in the search bar anymore. It works when this add-on is disabled, and doesn't work when the add-on is enabled. Can you please address this with a patch fix?Developer response

I have tested both text selection (shift + left / right arrow) and full text selection (shift + ctrl + left / right arrow), but for me it works fine with no issues on Mac and Windows.
Please try disabling your other add-ons and testing again or updating your browser to the latest version.

Thank you. Now it works! I didn't know that there was a way to change the shortcuts for extensions. I assumed that it is not possible because there is no option to change Firefox' own shortcuts.
Hi. I really like this addon, but since I don't use a US keyboard, I can't get all of the keyboard shortcuts to work. The rotate and mirror shortcuts don't work. All others do (moving and zooming). Can you please look into that? I'm using a german qwertz keyboard.
Thanks and keep up the good work!Developer response
