- Rated 5 out of 5by arandor, 7 years agoBefore Firefox 57 I used the extension that could save web pages as MAFF or MHTML. I thought all was lost when I updgraded to FF57. Then I found this extension. I like it even better than the old extension.
It saves complete pages as HTML and includes all of the graphics within the HTML. Any modern browser can open the pages without a problem. They look exactly the same as the original.
If you want to save web pages in a format that can be opened by any modern browser, this is the extension for you. - Rated 3 out of 5by hollow12, 7 years agopromising add-on to replace MAFF
i am waiting for "save all tab with save page WE" feature. - Rated 5 out of 5by vags, 7 years agoNice addon and necessary if you want to save full pages 4 later in one file as .maff not working at new firefox
- Rated 3 out of 5by ImViewer, 7 years agoyour extension is crooked. please make compatibility with the now abandoned mozilla archive format (maff) so that correctly saved files are opened in the format mhtm
- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13186980, 7 years agoExcellent work, doing the job that Firefox team should have done.
Save in archive, tab group, favorites organizing and screen to clipboard are basic tasks that should be available without add-ons.
Just fast without functionality is not enough. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13696666, 7 years ago
- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 13754403, 7 years agoI would like to have an option to spawn the standard Windows "Save as Dialog" box so I can RENAME and save the file DIRECTLY to a location of my choosing with my preferred file name.
Coming from Faithful Save extension which had this option. Currently I copy my URL to IE and save that way to get this help. Not yet sure this will replace that process.
I gave it 4 stars as it does what it advertises.Developer response
posted 7 years agoBy default, files are saved to your download folder. It is possible to change the folder and/or filename using the ‘Save As’ dialog. To do this, in Firefox ‘Tools > Options > General tab’, set the ‘Downloads’ option to ‘Always ask you where to save files’. - Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 13518979, 7 years ago"can not be used with this page" that's what i get when i try to save this page. o_O

Could you please add possibility to set custom xhr.timeout in options? Some pages can't be properly saved when value below 10000ms. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13335608, 7 years agothis is fantastic, it embeds img and js inside a single page, I LOVE IT
- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13695945, 7 years agoGreat addon which requires a little more attention and it will be the best!
- Rated 3 out of 5by San, 7 years agoBien, funciona pero debiera incluirse en el dialogo de guardado Ctrl+S y no ser un botón más
- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 13655487, 7 years agoThe Floppy symbol does not appear on the upper RIGHT corner, instead an empty invisible icon appears.
Clicking on the invisible icon does nothing.
Disclaimer: I am using Sandboxie 5.20 to run my firefox 57.0.3
Edit: It must be Sandboxie's fault. Outside Sandboxie, the Firefox plugin works normal and even quite good, and yes the Icon appears! On the upper right corner! - Rated 3 out of 5by GarryPotter, 7 years agoA good extension. Only the saved pages are much larger in size than the pages saved by MAFF or Umht. Dear developers, add the compression function.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13606796, 7 years agogot to give it five stars, because each time i used it so far, it worked. made a nice, single, independent offline html file that includes formatting and images.
why firefox cant do this by default with "save page as..." continues being a mystery to me. but this plugin is great. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 12456629, 7 years agoWorked great for me. All css images are saved too.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13595650, 7 years agoIt cannot save complete pages with frames. For instance it is giving up with ebay items pages like this: ebay.com/itm/282768570260
Hit and miss for me. UnMHT was just perfect, I wish it to return. - Rated 4 out of 5by Alem, 7 years agoGood extension, but doesn't handle big pages
