- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18785404, 2 months agoSetupVPN is searching a valid Server to communicate with. This process can take a while depending on your Internet Speed. If you are being blocked by isp/School/government it might take a while to find valid Server to communicate with.👎😴

(1) Supplied me with a VPN service that was faulty right from the start.
(2) When finally (after seven months) I decided to stop using their service for a better VPN provider I asked for a refund on my two-year subscription, amounting to eighteen months or $33.75 ... A pro rata refund on my two-year subscription of $45.00 would amount to $33.75, the amount requested.
They refused, saying that they do not refund on two-year subscriptions and offered me $10.00 instead. After I asked for a confirmation from them of their offer they stopped replying to my emails. - Rated 5 out of 5by war363, 4 months ago
