by Fridah, 7 months agoThe single most important usability addon Ive ever encountered! I am quite stoked that Firefox will bring Treestyles to the native Browser.
I encountered some quirks with the Addon sometimes, like after closing hundreds of Tabs that the "x" button of a tab doesnt work any longer and you got to restart the browser,
or the quirk that if you restore a previous session due to accidently closing the window, that all the temporary container tabs are sitting ducks without the tmp-container wrapped around them - the tabs than need to be relaunched in a new created tab that hosts a tmp-container.
But despite that, I never lost any tab or anything!
Great addon - and my goto on every machine since ever!
With some usercss you can even get rid of the tab-bar, which is great to save vertical space and make use of wasted pixels for website content!
I still prefer Sideberry over the native Firefox "Vertical Tab" feature: It takes less space, allows for grouping, better shows grouped tabs, allows for colors, and actually has so many settings that you will be overwhelmed at first!
Many thanks!

One of the few things keeping me from switching browsers. - Rated 5 out of 5by Demods, 6 days agoThis extension works great, but I wish I could use the "split tabs" feature.

почему не сделать несколько панелей вкладок с вкладками . которые будут иметь свои названия и свои внутренние вкладки - Rated 5 out of 5by dfgger433, a month ago

LOVE the colours by domain. LOVE the parent-child indentation. LOVE the auto backups. Just so good. Wish there was a straight forward way to donate to the project instead of having to learn about and use crypto!

- Rated 5 out of 5by Tim, 3 months agoThis extension has become a must in my workflow! I love being able to group my tabs and have quick access. When I don't want to be distracted by a topic, I simply collapse the group and the clutter goes away. It also helps with Firefox's memory management by unloading tabs in the collapsed groups.
I had an issue with Zen browser and Sideberry where all the tabs disappeared. That was 6 months ago and I believe it was more related to Zen than the extension. Since using Sideberry with Firefox directly, I've managed to keep all my tabs. I also like the automatic backup feature!
Thanks to all the devs of this fantastic extension!!! - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13894494, 4 months agoDoesn't remember tab locations properly after restarting, making this useless.

Переоткрытие некоторых сайтов в новый таб с настроенным контейнером - вообще огонь!
К дереву вложенности вкладок быстро привыкаешь, особенно когда долго ищешь, а так всё наглядно получается.
Жалко, только запарно выключать стандартные табы в firefox, выключались бы они кнопкой, а не стилями в .css - Rated 5 out of 5by Zin9476, 4 months ago
- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 13467958, 4 months agoThoughtful extension with one major flaw. After using Sidebery for about a year, I would say it is really quite helpful in my daily workflow. Standout features include clicking on the current tab to switch to the next–most recent tab, tab panels for better organization, and a huge list of settings to customize its look and behavior.
The one major flaw is that in every panel except my main one, the tabs occasionally get shifted to the last panel with their order reversed. This is quite frustrating and partially defeats the purpose of having multiple panels. This occurs randomly every few weeks. - Rated 5 out of 5by Gerry, 4 months agoTree style tabs convert. It works great, and the amount of customization available in the settings is insane. This extension is very impressive.
