Navigate quickly and easily from one group to another, move tabs from group to group easily, and at any time reload all tabs in a group with one simple click. Easy to customize, plus a manual/auto backup feature.
It's a 10 out of 10 from me. Allow 30 minutes to familiarize yourself with it, and set it up the way you prefer. Recommended. - Rated 5 out of 5by JallaJenkins, 2 years agoThis addon really helped me. I'm able to have multiple complex projects on the go simply by toggling between different browser "desktops." Great work!

It works fine most of the time, until, randomly and out of the blue, the display of tab groups and tabs would show additional information in front of the tab group or tab names.
For example, if the current tab title is "Simple Tab Groups...", what I saw on the tab name in STG is "@1:#1495:i1487 (36:3.570)Simple Tab Groups..."
It looks like the info before the ")" is a kind of a tab number and the info inside the brackets are a time stamp (minutes:second). The actual tab/tab group name did not get modified, but these annoying, additional information is displayed.
This have happened multiple times already. The work around was to restore from previous backup, and it would work fine, until the next re-occurrence. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 14588546, 2 years agoGreat addon! I love it! But, since a few weeks I got always this message, when I open the browser:
Simple Tab Groups addon conflicts with the following enabled extensions:
Enabled:
Tab Session Manager
To avoid losing tabs or their location in windows and groups, it is strongly recommended to turn off or remove enabled extensions that conflict with the Simple Tab Groups addon. You can do this on the addons settings page "about:addons" or by pressing the key combination Ctrl+Shift+A

Recently I've been loving it because I've been into customizing Firefox, and I've found that it mostly plays well with Tree Style Tab, Multi-Account Containers, and Containerise (all also very useful). STG is an awesome extension.
