Smart Folio stores bookmark dashboard data locally in Firefox using browser.storage.local.

The extension does not require an account, does not use analytics or telemetry, and does not transmit bookmark data to a remote server.

Firefox bookmarks are imported only when the user explicitly chooses to import them. Imported data remains stored locally in the browser.

Users can export their own local data as a JSON backup and can delete their data from inside the extension.
