Split Technologies, Inc. ("Split" or "we") reserves the right to change, modify, add to or remove portions of this policy at any time. Please check this page periodically for any changes. Privacy Policy changes will apply to the Personal Information collected from the date of posting of the revised Privacy Policy to our website or available via its downloadable application. We will always apply the version of the Privacy Policy under which your information was collected, unless we obtain your prior consent. Information collected
Personal Information
We collect Personal Information from visitors and users who use the Services on a voluntary basis. "Personal Information" may include your name, age, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, mobile device number, birth date, credit card account data and other purchasing information, contacts, social media friends/followers, photos, location data, shared links, and any other information available to us by virtue of your use of the Services. Personal Information does not include any information you do not voluntarily provide to us via user registration, via email, by virtue of various privacy settings on your devices or enabled in the Services, or otherwise. By using the Services and providing us with Personal Information, you consent to our use of such information as described in this Privacy Policy. The Personal Information we collect is used by us for the purposes enumerated below:

Purchases You may be asked to voluntarily provide Personal Information to make purchases or to have access to some features of the Services. We use your Personal Information to process your orders and administer your account. You may always refuse to provide your Personal Information, but this may lead to our inability to provide you with certain products or services.
Customer Service We collect Personal Information when you send us emails containing questions or requests. We only save Personal Information associated with questions and requests in order to respond to those questions and requests, and to better serve you when responding to any questions or requests you may have in the future.
Emails You may receive periodic emails from us. Any email you receive from us will allow you to "unsubscribe" from this informational service at any time.
Discussion/Social Networking Forums We may offer discussion forums, message boards, social networking opportunities, chat pages and other public forums or features in which you may provide Personal Information, materials and related content. If you submit Personal Information when using these public features, please note that such Personal Information may be publicly posted and otherwise disclosed and used without limitation or restriction.
Offers, Surveys and Promotions We or our partners may use your Personal Information to notify you about special offers, promotions, news and surveys that may be of interest to you. These notifications may be sent via email, text messages, mobile push notifications, in-app communications, or out-of-app communications. Please note that we will not send any text messages to your mobile device without you opting in to receiving such messages. Legal Requirements We may have to disclose your Personal Information to provide Internet security or to comply with legal requirements.
Referral Information We may share information related to Splitlinks you create and interact with to relevant third party merchants. This information includes, but is not limited to, (i) the product or service that was the subject of the Splitlink; (ii) your email address; (iii) any demographic data included in the Personal Information; and (iv) any demographic data we possess in connection with you and/or the person to whom you sent such Splitlink.
The Split Extension When you download the Split Extension, we collect and store information about the websites you view and your related activities in addition to Personal Information. We use this information to determine whether or not a particular website you visit is in-network and indicate such status to you via an on-screen notification. We may, in our sole discretion, share or sell such information on an aggregated basis. If you do not wish for us to collect and store information about the websites you view and your related activities, you may uninstall the Split Extension. Should you do so, however, you will lose the functionality of the Split Extension.
Non-personal Information
We collect a variety of non-personal information ("Anonymous Information") from users of the Services. Anonymous Information may include: the operating system on your computer, the type of web browser you are using, your IP address, the type of device you are using, your device settings, and the links you followed to enter and leave the site. Anonymous Information is not personally identifiable and is collected automatically via the use of cookies (small computer files saved on your hard drive) and other standard web technology by us or a third party advertiser. Cookies allow us to tailor the Services to better match your interests and preferences. With most internet browsers or other software, you can erase cookies from your computer hard drive, block all cookies or receive a warning before a cookie is stored. Please refer to your browser instructions to learn more about these functions. If you reject cookies, functionality of the Services may be limited and you may not be able to take advantage of many features of the Services. We may use third party advertising companies to place ads viewable via the Services and to place our ads on other websites. These companies may use Anonymous Information about your use of the Services to provide advertisements via the Services and other sites about goods and services that may be of interest to you. We may additionally share Anonymous Information with our retail partners.

Our web servers collect the domain names of users of the Services, however, they do not recognize individual email addresses. Aggregate information showing the IP addresses and/or domain names of visitors, the number of visits, average time spent, pages viewed, etc. is collected and used only for internal review to measure the overall use of our Services and provide direction for its continuous improvement. This information is not sold to or shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.

Health Information
The Services are not intended to or designed to solicit personal health information. We do not collect personal health information.

Sharing of Information
Except as set forth in this Policy, we do not share your Personal Information unless you have given us permission to do so.

At times, we employ other companies and individuals to perform certain functions on our behalf. Location Information
Whenever you interface with the Services, we may use the location information from your mobile device or browser to tailor your experience to your current location. Such use may include providing location data to our partners who, in turn, may provide certain offers and promotions to you via email, push notifications, or through the App. If your mobile devices' 'background location" feature is enabled, the App will, from time to time, tell us about your device's location even if you are not directly interacting with the App.

Privacy of Children
ONLY VISITORS WHO ARE 18 YEARS OR OLDER MAY USE THE SERVICES. We encourage parents and guardians to be aware of and participate in their children's online activities. We strictly adhere to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act and will not knowingly collect, use or disclose Personal Information from any child under the age of 13 in any manner that violates this law. Our Commitment to Data Security
