- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18239263, a year agoThey charged me an additional $28.99 aside from the $65.34, when I specifically stated I DID NOT WANT a 12 month extension upon signing up.
Their customer support is simply terrible, as they proclaim to be able to easily claim a refund through their live chat - which I tried after receiving those emails; however, none of their live chat links on the website work.
When I finally get a work around to the live chat, I only get the option to cancel the auto-renewal, but not my money back.
I lost $94.33 in a minute. This company scams people out of their money.Developer response

- Rated 1 out of 5by jan101, a year agoEver since the company began offering complimentary subscriptions through cashback, the service quality has significantly declined. There are frequent VPN disconnects and unstable connections occurring twice a day. The browser extension is subpar, causing a reduction in speed by more than 80% at times. Additionally, the split tunneling feature does not function properly, leading to lag issues while playing games. Customer support is inaccessible, lacking both live chat and email options for assistance. It is disheartening that new customers who availed the cashback promotion receive free VPN with presumably better service, while loyal paying customers like myself experience slow speeds and a lack of support. Thank you for nothing, just lost a customer.
