- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 16325701, 5 years agoThe extension doesn't work on Firefox Developer Edition. You click the add-on Icon and it just shows an arrow and nothing else. I don't want to use regular Firefox just for 1 add-on so hopefully they add support at some point

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13356201, 5 years agoDoing a trail of this since my PIA subscription is running out. Installed it and go to click the extension to sign in and cant sign in. the pop up is hidden. WTH? looks like i will not be paying for this.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Ramsus, 5 years agousing Surfshark on linux sucks, the service works very well on android and windows, but on linux is a lot more insecure, inclusive when I make tests on the official page, the result is that there is a DNS leack and the solution is buying the service, but the funny thing is, I already have the service activated.
And when I use chrome extension the leacks dissapear but on firefox extension I can't even access the account. The service has potential, but it needs a lot of improvement to work properly on linux. - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 16135084, 5 years agoSurfshark has excellent working apps for Windows and Android giving great flexibility, control and put the whole system behind the VPN not just the browser. I gave both of them 5 stars. I expected the same with Linux but it refuses to install and I want my whole system to be behind the VPN not just my browser.
PIA gave me all of the above but I gave it up because it was bought by a company that made its money creating spamware and then sold itself to Kape Technologies, Kape mainline of business is creating spyware for any government willing to buy its services. I must say that Kape has a dry sense of humour as it promises it will protect the privacy of its users (and will respect them in the morning?). Check the link below:

I want my PC to be entirely behind a VPN not just one browser. - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 15954339, 5 years agoI have reported to their online chat that their addon is leaking WebRTC but they insisted tested on ipleak.net which is fine. Worse still it reflected that it even leak on their own webpage for WebRTC test site. No details follow up to which i have urge for an updated to resolve it. We paid for privacy and it has even went through the security audit lately published on their webpage. Find it hard to accept it.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 15948520, 5 years agoDisconnecting all the time and doesn't reconnect. Crap... lost money....
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 15948501, 5 years agoProbably the worst paid service providing addons that not working, in firefox addon disconnects randomly and doesn't connect again, telling you that you have a network problem... tested also and in chrome and does the same. Keep your money for another VPN if you hate the apps and you want only the addon.

- Rated 1 out of 5by 123Movies, 5 years agoI get it, I bought SurfShark 3yr plan on Blackfriday at heavily discounted price, you guys over sold, and now I have to login 10x to even use a damn thing, and if I do login, VPN works 7 of 10 times.
I use it just like 2x a week to test some web dev stuff, and this is what I get? I would understand if you would lock me out if I would use it daily on several machines... F U!
Is it worth it? No not even at that discount, would had better paid bit more for a damn VPN that is always logged in, and works half decent. - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 15791625, 5 years agoSurfshark VPN Extension for Firefox - Just doesnt work. What else to say? Surfshark VPN Extension for Firefox - DOESNT WORK AT ALL!!! Understand? FF74.0 (64-bit). Im not sure you understand. Im very very disappointed.
And dont answer like dummy, "ble ble ble", like to every one here. - Rated 1 out of 5by Sush, 5 years agoSometimes it works...
But most: Mail and/or Password is wrong (for sure it isn´t, use the same Login in the Desktop app).
Sometimes deinstalling helps, most I have to wait some days till its works again.Developer response
