About this extension
Stop the constant tab switching. Keep your tasks visible while you work.

Whether you're researching a project, reading articles, or browsing the web, your TickTick tasks stay right there in the sidebar. Check off completed items, add new tasks, or review your schedule without losing focus on your main work.

What you get:
- True side-by-side productivity setup
- No more hunting for your TickTick tab
- Quick access via toolbar button or Alt+Shift+K
- Customizable sidebar width (with simple Firefox tweak)

Perfect for anyone who lives in their task manager but doesn't want it taking over their main browsing space.

Independent project—not affiliated with TickTick. Just making Firefox work better for productivity folks.
Developer comments
This add-on didn't pass review with version 1.0 because of the following problems:

"Add-ons with the sole purpose of promoting, installing, loading or launching another website, application or add-on are not permitted."

Hello and thank you for taking the time to review my add-on.

From the Add-ons Policy Changes 2021 Q&A found at: <https://discourse.mozilla.org/t/add-ons-policy-changes-2021-q-a/89654>.

1. "This rule is mainly to avoid add-ons are, for lack of a better term, spam: that is, add-ons of no meaningful utility or functionality that appear to be using addons.mozilla.org purely as a marketing channel for their target site."

My comment: My add-on is not spam. It has meaningful utility (let's you open the to-do list on the sidebar) that the official add-ons does not provide. The add-on does not use AMO purely as a marketing channel.

2. "Utility redirects, such as switching between two versions of a site, switching to archive.org, etc also do not fall into this category. The purpose here is not to advertise the website, but to provide the user with a way to obtain additional information or enhance the user experience."

My comment: The purpose for my add-on is not to advertise the website, but to provide the user with a way to obtain additional information or enhance the user experience. I provide the ability to browse, navigate, research while you to-do app is open and readily available on the sidebar.

3. "An add-on that promotes a service by opening the page and encouraging the user to sign up, but does not actually provide functionality to enhance the browser in combination with this service, is not permitted."

My comment: My add-on does not promote a service. I'm an independent developer coding open-source apps.

Please reconsider the review for version 1.0.1.

Thank you.
