    This is a major version:
    * The capsules are still saved as browser bookmarks, but the way capsule metadata are saved changed. Old capsules should work and be progressively converted to the new format.
    * The whole extension has been rewritten in Svelte, to improve maintainability.
    * New capsule modes:
    * one-time capsules: will re-open only once
    * advanced capsules: can be tweaked to behave in very specific ways
    * New views:
    * settings: limit the amount of capsules that can be opened at once (and other settings)
    * time schedule: limit the times during the days during which capsules can be open ("don't bother" mode)
