About this extension
University Exam Lockdown creates a secure kiosk-mode environment for online exams. When active, it prevents students from opening new tabs, switching windows, using keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl+T/N/W, Alt+F4, etc.), right-clicking, or navigating away from the exam page.
FEATURES:
• Auto-starts when exam URL is opened
• Blocks all browser shortcuts and navigation
• Full-screen enforcement
• Violation logging with timestamps
• Password-protected disable (ESC → admin password)
• Ctrl+Shift+L to enable lockdown from any page
• Ctrl+Shift+R to change passwords
• Works on both Chrome and Firefox
• Zero data collection - all settings stored locally
