by Firefox user 15098951, 5 years agoDec. 28, 2019 - I have to agree with many other users - this extension does not "see" videos and cannot download anything. I went with the addon from VideoDroid. That one works, and works well everywhere I have tried it.
I also see that this has not been updated since May 31, 2018. That is probably why it does not work. The developer has not kept up with the frequent video website changes.
Uninstalling.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Marty, a month agoI started the video playback on YouTube and nothing happened. I clicked on the extension icon, and the window I opened had the message to start video playback. This is pure fucking bullshit!
- Rated 1 out of 5by Improviz, 3 months agoUsed to work well. Doesn't work at all now. Can't download anything from YouTube! I use it to collect footage of weather/natural disasters and first responders from various locations. No longer recognizes video. And I PAID FOR IT. Please fix this!

- Rated 1 out of 5by Goooog le Morons, 5 months agounfortunately just sucks in discovering chunked video stream - "blob:httрs://..." without e.g. .m3u8 descriptor.
this is the only type of network stream VLC cannot handle (yet), so a browser plugin could beat it. - Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 18659735, 5 months ago

- Rated 1 out of 5by Securityconcerns, 8 months agoIt does NOT work, whether you press play or whatever. Mozilla should not allow apps that do not work to remain, it wastes our time.
