by cw3theophilus, 7 years agoCurrently the extension only saves a 1kb placeholder instead of the downloaded video, it still seems like it is downloading the video but the file saved is only 1kb size. I do have the companion app installed. It could be simply a bug that they need to fix, but the extension is useless to me if it can't save the videos I am trying to download. Please fix. The extension used to work great in the previous version before web extensions update. I am using Firefox Developer Edition on a Windows 10 32bit PC.

Wenn der Video Download Helper mal für kurze Zeit nicht funktioniert, weil wieder irgendetwas irgendwo von irgendeinem geändert werden muß, dann sind die Fehler schnell durch das Team von mig, Paul wieder beseitigt und es kann weiter gehen.
