- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18744134, a year agoDishonest - buying a license will stop ability to download from YouTube. Before purchase of license, it allows download from YouTube (with a large watermark). This bait-and-switch is intended to sucker you into believing the tool will work once you give them your hard-earned cash. If they were honest, they would prevent download before the license purchase, to show exactly what you could expect from this extension.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18743432, a year agoHas a massive watermark that now makes this extension useless.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Donaldbain, a year agoIt was a good add-on until they blocked a quarter of the screen with a QR code to beg for money. It is now useless.
- Rated 1 out of 5by shinohai, a year agoThis add-on is garbage. Used to work great but now it lets you download a video or two and suddenly the companion app stops working or cannot be found requiring it to be reinstalled. Not worth the hassle.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Scott, a year agoMozilla really do need to remove this extension from the "recommended" section. Or even remove it altogether at this point.
It used to do exactly what it says on the tin, but nowadays it adds a large watermark in the corner of every video you download. If you want to remove the watermark you need to pay $28.50.
Paying almost $30 for a video downloader is ridiculous. If you already have this addon installed and you're reading this review, remove it immediately and find an alternative. - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18742330, a year agoWar für lange Zeit ein super kostenloses Add-On, aber seit die riesigen QR-Codes in die Videos geklebt werden, ist es schlecht zu gebrauchen. Wasserzeichen ist viel zu groß. Damit sind Videos kaum richtig zu betrachten. Macht es kleiner, wie vorher.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Turgle, a year agoHad to drop this after the watermark thing. Makes downloading pointless.
Would recommend JDownloader 2, which works on many of the same sites as this does, and doesn't add any watermarks blocking 1/6 of your video. - Rated 1 out of 5by Radaa5, a year agoNo longer free, now a paid product. Massive opaque watermark (QR code) in the corner that requires purchase to remove. I wouldn't even mind buying it if were say $5, but they are asking for $28.50, simply outrageous. There is also nothing on the info page that tells you this before hand.
