- Rated 1 out of 5by Nico, a year agoNot only the video is damaged with qr code, which by the way is precised when you read carefully the application note.
But the sound is damaged too, it sounds like being decoded and re-encoded, and this is not precised anywhere.
This happens whatever download quality being chosen.
This extension is really useless. - Rated 1 out of 5by joe, a year ago
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18484683, a year agoWas the most useful extension on firefox, now it is completely worthless. They now place a giant QR code over the downloaded video and you have to pay to remove it. It was already sleazy and disgusting due to all the bot 5-star reviews and the fact that you have to download a useless junk app to use it, but now its uninstalled forever.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Ferenc Strangl, a year agoFizetős lett.
He became paid. If you don't buy it, there will be a quarter-screen QR code in the lower left corner. I also regret ever giving support. Deleted. I'll probably say goodbye to firefox too, it's getting slower and doesn't handle quite a few things on some websites. - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18482780, a year agoAdd-on does not inform you until after you install the required external application that unless you pay $29 they'll put a HUGE QR code watermark in the bottom left corner of the video! Very scummy behavior to hide this until after it is installed, and the price is way too high for a simple addon like this. $5 and advance warning? I'd consider it.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Begemote, a year agoСамо по себе бесполезное, т.к. требует скачать дополнительную программу.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18393297, a year agoStarted adding paywall for downloads via a QR code. Useless trash now.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Heinz, a year agoDon't waste your time! You need a paid license to download videos, otherwise a watermark will be added. It takes up around 1/3 of the video's width.
Uninstalled. - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18481589, a year ago

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18480368, a year agoStarted requiring a paid license, if you do not pay the downloader will stick a giant QR code into the video. So this addon is now garbage.
- Rated 1 out of 5by dakofe7635, a year agoUsed to be great, now requires an external junkware app to be installed and adds a giant QR code to the videos if you don't pay. Uninstall this garbage ASAP
- Rated 1 out of 5by RS, a year agoPOS now! Was an awesome add-on but now it has a HUGE bloody qr code in the corner of every video you TRY to download!!
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18476894, a year agoi have bought licenses on the vintage version of Video Download helper but i can't find out how to activate the on the new updated site
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18477970, a year agoUsed to be amazing. Now with QR code videos are useless. QR code is huge, cant even consider this premium - it is now a paid product. I would even consider buying it longer term but you have let me down when I need it most. USD price is far too much for the odd video i download. why not add a per day download model? or length limit of videos ? Removed. wont be back :(
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18473746, a year agoEver since the last update, full videos will not download. No fix works, the program is just busted.
Will update to 5 stars when they decide to fix this issue.
