- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18480368, 5 days agoStarted requiring a paid license, if you do not pay the downloader will stick a giant QR code into the video. So this addon is now garbage.
- Rated 5 out of 5by Long_Time_FF_User, 5 days agoBeen using this add-on for at least 10 years. Eventually paid for an upgraded version. Latest release is improved and works flawlessly on many websites. Free version worked well too.

- Rated 1 out of 5by dakofe7635, 5 days agoUsed to be great, now requires an external junkware app to be installed and adds a giant QR code to the videos if you don't pay. Uninstall this garbage ASAP
- Rated 2 out of 5by praetorian17, 5 days agoкуда эта поибень скачала файлы, непонятно. И настроек никаких нет, чтобы посмотреть. Поддерживает далеко не все сайты

- Rated 5 out of 5by mardehtanha, 5 days agoI've looked for an add-on to download video from different sites for a long time but they all work for Youtube and other known sites until I found Video DownloadHelper. It's straight forward and easy to use, it finds the URL itself and starts to download immediately. By far the best video downloader I've worked with. Thank you.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Purpledragon1107, 6 days agoMan, I love using this app to download videos... I am old school, so it works for me to save vids rather than streaming all the time... Works like a charm and haven't found anything better for downloading videos.
- Rated 5 out of 5by Suburban Beard, 6 days agoThis is the greatest thing since sliced bread. Most of the complaints come from people not installing the add-on and not going through all the settings.
If your goal is downloaded content then this is the app for you. Make sure to select all tabs and have it open in the sidebar not just the drop down
this saves hours of time and clicking to achieve your end goal!
And if you use it a lot (which you will) Pay for it! The premium is worth every penny for the lifetime license. The price could change but as of now its $28 to $29 (i think $28 and change) as of 6/25/24 but obviously like everything else it could change etc
But the service would be worth it even with a $3 monthly charge or a yearly charge of like $15 a year or lifetime for $29
The ONLY thing i wish they did offer was a monthly even a 1 time monthly so you could test out the service, or even if you only had 1 specific task you wanted to accomplish but once you try you will know that you don't just want it you need it (that's what she said)
If you didn't need it you wouldn't be here!
The main thing i used it for was to download videos i made on YouTube because when i try to download them from YT studio they are super tiny files and from here I can get the 2k quality i originally uploaded it at. Which is a lifesaver for me after my backup hard drives fried!
Again this is just my 2 cents, not a paid promotion since I cant ask a penny for your thoughts.
