About this extension
Show translations
Translations automatically show up in the word learning game and in definition pages. Pro tip: click the language abbreviation to change the language!
Useful service links
The extension automatically adds links to services like Google Images, YouGlish, GIPHY, ... to further understand words. They appear in the word learning game explanations and definition pages. You can configure the services you'd like to see in the extension options.
Add words from any web page
Select a word, right click, and you'll be able to:
The sentence that contains the word will automatically be picked up and listed as an example usage of the word in vocabulary.com. Also works for Firefox on Android! A pop-up will appear there instead of the context menu.
Show custom examples from your lists
If you practice a specific list and you added a custom example to a word, that example will now appear in the answer section of a word. Enjoy learning in your own context!
Personalize the extension
Don't want translations? You can turn it off! Go to the Preferences page of the add-ons by opening the add-on page. Here you can enable/disable every feature described above.
