    By clicking the link provided, the audio is not downloaded, but the audio file is opened in a new tab. I am using the latest release version of Firefox (48.0.2) on Windows 10 Pro x64

    If you don't want to change Firefox Setting, you can right click on the Download Link and select "Save Link As" to save it to your computer.
