Unfortunately doesnt work
watch?v=HuIb3XTQVJw (im most handsome 2018!) not at all.
This one is different for example. watch?v=t6bbuDUPIgk Its not anti translated at all in the search field but anti translated on the video link itself (only the title though, not the description)

Can you be more specific? It works for me EDIT: I released a new version, 1.5 which should hopefully fix this!
