doesn't work at all. I only have loop and screenshot and that's all, no matter how hard I try to set up.

What version are you using? it's possible there is a bug.
Edit:
The screenshot button and loop button appear in the feature menu.
The feature menu only appears on the watch page of YouTube it doesn't show on Shorts

Not bad. Add Theater Mode and it will be perfect.

YouTube has a "theater mode" already, maybe I don't understand what you mean by Theater Mode.
edit: Alright I understand what you mean now.
edit 2: Version 1.12.0 includes "Automatic theater mode" feature
