The following Personal Data is collected by or on behalf of Zamu:
1- Data provided by you if you create an account with Zamu. This includes:
- Name
- Email address
- IP address

- Device type and operating system
- Device unique ID
- Installation ID for affiliate links
- Browsing data, including history and click path
- User behavior data, including total amount spent on affiliate websites and shopping habits
Where we provide links to websites of other organisations, this Notice does not cover how that organisation processes personal information. We encourage you to read the privacy notices on the other websites you visit to learn more about their data collection practices.

Zamu may be required to share Personal Data with our authorized staff, our affiliates and partners, at your request, for the purposes allowed by this Notice, or to fulfill our contract with you. We may also share Personal Data with our authorized staff, our affiliates and partners to help us to operate Zamu, for legal reasons or in connection with claims or disputes.
Zamu may share the Personal Data we collect:
1- With Zamu service providers and business partners
Zamu provides data to vendors, consultants, marketing partners, and other service providers or business partners. These include:
- Cloud storage providers, to host data and files which allows Zamu to run.
- Amazon Web Services
- Analytics platforms, which allow Zamu to monitor and analyze web traffic.
- Google Analytics. You can choose to prevent your data from being used by Google Analytics by opting out here.
- Email marketing platforms, which allows Zamu to manage its database of contacts
- Traffic optimization and distribution, which allows Zamu to filter connections between its websites and the user’s browser.
- Managing landing and invitation pages
- Redemption services to help fulfil user rewards
2- For legal reasons or in the event of a dispute
Zamu may share your Personal Data if we believe it’s required by applicable law, regulation, operating license or agreement, legal process or governmental request, or where the disclosure is otherwise appropriate due to safety or similar concerns.
This also includes sharing Personal Data with others in connection with the negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, consolidation or restructuring, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by or into another company.

VII. How long do we keep your Personal Data?
Zamu retains data for as long as necessary for the purposes described above. This means that we retain different categories of Personal Data for different periods of time depending on the category of user to whom the Personal Data relates, the type of Personal Data, and the purposes for which we collected the Personal Data.
You may request deletion of your account or deletion of the Personal Data about you at any time by contacting hello@zamu.com. We may retain Personal Data after a deletion request or after the data retention periods listed below due to legal or regulatory requirements, for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or if such Personal Data are necessary for fulfilling purposes stated in this Notice.
VIII. What are our grounds for processing Personal Data?
We only collect and use personal data where we have lawful grounds to do so. These are:
- Performance of contract: information processing is necessary to perform a contract with you or take steps to enter into a contract at your request.
- Compliance with law: information processing is necessary to comply with a relevant legal obligation (for example, laws that require us to collect tax information from customers, verify certain information relative to customers, or that compel us to disclose information to public authorities or regulators).

IX. How do we secure your data?
Zamu is committed to the security and integrity and confidentiality of your information. We have implemented technical, administrative and physical security measures that are designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, use and modification. We regularly review our security procedures to consider appropriate new technology and methods. However, unfortunately no method of storage on or transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and so it is not possible to guarantee the absolute security of your Personal Data.
X. Children's data
Zamu is not directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18. If you believe that a child under the age of 18 has given us personal information, please contact us at hello@zamu.com.
XI. What are my rights as a European, Swiss or UK resident?
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area, Switzerland or the United Kingdom, you should be aware that Zamu is the controller of your personal information. Under the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) (GDPR), the French Data Protection Act (FDPA), the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), or the UK GDPR, you may have certain additional rights with respect to your personal information, including the following:

- The right to rectify your Personal Data if it is incorrect or incomplete
- The right to have your Personal Data erased ("right to be forgotten") if certain grounds are met
- The right to withdraw your consent to our processing of your information at any time, if our processing is based on consent
- The right to object to our processing of your Personal Data, if our processing is based on legitimate interests
- The right to object to our processing of your Personal Data for direct marketing purposes
- The right to receive your Personal Data from us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and the right to transmit your information to another controller without hindrance from us (data portability)

XII. Is my data transferred to other countries?
Our servers are located in the United States and in Germany. However, wherever in the world you are located, any information you provide may be stored, processed and accessed from the United States. We have implemented and maintain a framework consistent with applicable law and this policy for transfers of information outside the country of collection. Therefore, if we need to transfer your personal data from the EEA, Switzerland or the UK to the United States, we rely on transfer mechanisms adopted by the European Commission to help establish adequate safeguards, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, and the UK Addendum.
