Recently, all add-ons within Firefox were disabled. This is a bug on Firefox's end and has affected all add-ons; including Ghostery. There is a 66.0.4 patch coming from Mozilla at some point soon to fix this issue. To reap the benefits of this as soon as it is released you can set Firefox to auto update in settings.
