por JAG, hace 4 años→ The script my extension uses is not loaded from any URL, it is bundled locally, and you will see it in Devtools only if the debug chrome setting is applied.

Are you kidding me?
1. You lie.
2. I use Firefox and not Google Chrome!
You don't have updated Youtube Anti Tranlate, because this extension freeze entirely a tab when I watch a video on Youtube.
You want anymore? Look at this script : youtube.com/user/[name of channel] > Injected script > line 1 > eval 650 ?
This last freezes Firefox when I watch a video choosed on whatever channel or else.
Else in the devtools, i've a background.js freezing when I watch a video? That's the proof.

publicado el hace 4 añosOk, thanks for some more information. Could you please post the full error message? It's great that You have copied at what line it happens, but I'd like to see the message itself. Just to clarify, the word "chrome" is used in Firefox in some contexts, where it means user interface, hence that option name. You have enabled that, so you do see background.js in console
So could you please post the full error message?

- Se valoró con 5 de 5por aki.senkinn, hace un mesI hate that I need this, my system is in english, my browser is in english, my google account is in english, my activity and history is all english, why is youtube forcing a different language on me with terrible low quality translations.
Add-on works great, i don't have the quality setting issue some people are reporting either. - Se valoró con 5 de 5por ff-user_num, hace un mes

- Se valoró con 3 de 5por La Fougne, hace un mesWorks well but youtube is stuck at 360p when activated... That's a real problem.
- Se valoró con 4 de 5por Sakujo, hace 2 mesesWhile it does seam to work (haven't had translated videos in a while), it does also slow down video load by a lot. Sometimes half a minute per video load. Maybe an issue with some combination of other YT plugins I have. But when this plugin is enabled it is definitely part of the cause. Disabled, videos load fast, in seconds. Other plugins I use: ublock origin, Sponsor block, youtube repeat button, return youtube dislike, remove youtube endcard, blocktube, auto high quality for YT. I don't want to rate it low, that wouldn't be fair, but obviously there is some issue.
- Se valoró con 3 de 5por Bueno, hace 2 mesesIt does work, but for some reason when I use it, the only option for quality youtube offers is 360p. Can't use lower or higher resolution.
- Se valoró con 3 de 5por Usuario de Firefox 18146655, hace 2 mesesDoes not work for me on mobile because it interferes with play-back of any video.
- Se valoró con 4 de 5por Usuario de Firefox 19475905, hace 2 mesesIt works, but unfortunately, it's overzealous. When I try to change the audio track or automatically translate subtitles, the add-on won't let me. This limitation of functionality is a no-go for me.
Edit:
Thanks for answer. If there is no way to know where the change came it is not fair to rate so low. Changed to four :)Respuesta del desarrollador
publicado el hace 2 mesesThe addon has no way of knowing if the change came from you or from YouTube. If you want, you can always disable the addon (it has a quick menu, see screenshots) and turn it on later - Se valoró con 3 de 5por Devin Rozsas, hace 2 mesesIt works with some things, such as chapters (and not really that well), and video titles on my feed are still translated.
