Also, I don't have Netflix but I know they usually buy films with mixes for cinema (its cheaper than paying for a new mix) which has huge dynamic range so this can maybe help you reduce it and save you many volume slider adjustments. Thank you very much.

My only feature request is to add an option for the extension to be url specific and auto turn off when you change sites. I find it I only need to use it while watching poorly leveled content, and often leave it on when I don't want to.

OUTDATED:
4 stars for absolutely doing what it says on the tin. unfortunately, it makes the audio sound very bad right now. a previous review described it well, but it sounds like it could be a weird double-audio phase problem, or a slight reverb or delay. not sure, but the fact that this exists is an accomplishment in itself, so thank you! - Se valoró con 5 de 5por Usuario de Firefox 17535908, hace 3 años

I started with 'Medium' and settled on:
-30,30,10,0.001,0.275,0
I noticed it seemed to introduce some peaking while enabled, but dropping the volume on the YouTube player to ~95% took care of it.
I don't use it for e.g. music playback, so I can't speak to that. - Se valoró con 5 de 5por Usuario de Firefox 17137917, hace 4 años

Review: Lovely add-on. Works very well. You will have to have a basic understanding of what a compressor does before you can play around with the settings.
For those who wants to boost and compress audio, just select anything from Low, Medium to High, and play around with the "Boost" slider for a quick fix when listening to audio that's very low in volume.
