The extension does have that functionality (assuming I'm understanding it right). It SHOULD run when using any of the 3 simple profiles, otherwise it's in Advanced > Video Section > Prevent Homepage Stream from Auto-Playing. If it doesn't work, let me know!

It is easy to miss though to be fair, I plan to update the overall UX down the track.
