Besides that, there were some major flaws in the design - the addon would not display untranslated text properly, instead displaying a loading symbol for a google translate page that would never load (because apparently you need to be a paying user to get simple google translate functionality).

publicado el hace 5 añosThe Google Translage API is not free, that is why we can only offer it on the paid PRO+ version. But the free version contains a "Translate" button that opens the OCR'ed text directly in the free Google Translate website - a very convenient feature. Did you discover it yet?

1. It says it's open-source software (GPL), but nowhere on their site (or prefs) there is a link to the source. I can open the XPI file in my Firefox folder, but it's a good behaviour in the open-source universe to link it somewhere.
2. No dark-mode support. Maybe this has to do with the fact that it hasn't been updated since 2021. With dark-mode I mean the icon on the toolbar (should be lighter for dark-mode) and of course the pop-up window.
