Currently, this feature cannot be disabled within the Cash Back Button's settings. You can continue to take advantage of our services by going directly to Rakuten.com or by using our mobile app.

Then proceed to https://www.ebates.com/button.htm and simply click the “Get the Button” link. This will automatically update your Cash Back Button.

We definitely want the Button to be helpful, not a nuisance. Here’s how to disable the pop-up reminders:

1.  Click on the Cash Back Button icon (the “E”).

2.  Click on “Settings” at the bottom of the drop-down that appears.

3.   To hide the Activate Cash Back reminders, check the box for “Do not display Activation Hover on these sites.”

4.  Enter the URLs of sites you don’t want reminders for. When you’re done, click "Save.”
