por JMJimmy, hace 8 añosFails in many situations including major ones like Facebook and Twitter. Even here on mozilla.org it fails to operate correctly on some elements.
The other major issue it has is that it continues to operate inside textareas so that reordering text/links with the mouse results in a search/link opening. In the default situation it blocks the text from being moved as well so it's actually breaking the expected behaviour.
On the plus side it restored my tab opening preferences for the most part. The ordering of tabs is backwards though so if you drag multiple links the order is Last->First when intuitively it should be First->Last

Frustrating that functionality is not a default option in Firefox but understandable.
This is all I use this add-on - opening links into a new tab when dragged.
Note: may (but uncertain) be related to the recent Firefox 91.4.1esr (64-bit) release. - Se valoró con 4 de 5por EXE.trim.ALL, hace 4 añosNot compatible with multi-account containers - this extension always open dragged links not in container of parent tab. Github Issue #45

Hopefully you will fix it, on my new PC all links I drag are opened in the background (I assume that's the default, and I can't change it due to this issue).
