Though I can right-click a link and open a bookmark link in a new tab, I so want the function where simply left-clicking a link in your bookmarks opens said link in a NEW tab automatically. Am I missing a setting or is this just not available? Thanks.

publicado el hace 5 añosFoxyTab deals with the TAB as a whole and not the TAB content/page where links are located so that is not a function of FoxyTab. - Se valoró con 4 de 5by Usuario de Firefox 15957983, hace 5 años
- Se valoró con 4 de 5by bluesun, hace 5 añosGreat extension. Needs 2 features found on Firefox v56 and before, though. You can use Waterfox with the Classic Theme Restorer to get these features, but they have regrettably disappeared in FF v57 and above. Waterfox is from the mozilla version 56 code base and still supports virtually all of the legacy extensions, but is starting to get a bit too bloaty and, even with no add-ons loaded, has memory leaks that can bring it up well over 2 GB just sitting open for 24 - 48 hours. Still worth looking into for those who lost add-ons they can't live without since FF re-wrote its engine in version 57. It can also use current FF extensions like FoxyTab, btw. It shares profile information with your current FF & can run concurrently.
1. Ability to locate tabs right above display windows, under the bookmark bar. Infinitely better user-friendly design.
2. Allow for tabs in a designated number of multiple rows instead of extending the tabs off the end of the screen and needing to arrow back and forth to get to unexposed tabs. For those with a number of tabs open at a time, this is the best way to display all tabs without resorting to gimmick.
Those two additions would bring FoxyTabs up to a solid 5 stars and more.Respuesta del desarrollador

Some of the requests (like multiple row tabs etc) are not possible any more in FF57+. Extension do not have the ability to change Firefox UI. - Se valoró con 4 de 5by Rainyskyboy, hace 5 añosAwosome i would rate 5 stars but 2 issues

However, Tab sort by title seems weird as it sorts "iCloud" and "Congstar" way behind letter "Z". Both tabs do not have any special characters in front which would explain it. Can someone help?

publicado el hace 5 añosThe default JS sort, sorts Capitals/uppercases before lowercases which means A...Za...z. It is possible to use alternative method to sort it as you expect, but there has not been any request for it. - Se valoró con 4 de 5by Usuario de Firefox 14404310, hace 5 años

I don't want to right click on the tab, then select another menu to get to the function .. I need "Duplicate" as a primary right click context .. duplicate to new window can be on the next level in .. but I use duplicate all the time under the old firefox "duplicate this tab" add on... its just that addon hasn't been updated or "fixed" since 2012.
- Why? was asked..
because its additional clicks and mouse movement when I don't need it to be.
You'd probably have to understand just how often I use the feature .. 3 clicks plus additional mouse movement (foxy appears at the very bottom) is more than 2 clicks and very minimal movement.
I'm on the computer 10 to 20 hours every day (nearly 7 days a week) and so much of what I do involves leaving the original tab alone to come back to .. like right now .. I've 14 tabs in just Basilisk (Palemoon/-Firefox fork of a fork), in Vivaldi (really good chrome fork) I've got 2 windows, one with 4 tabs the other with 5, and then in Chrome (at this moment) only 4 tabs open.
That's 3 browsers 4 windows, and sometimes I'm running a 4th browser .. Firefox ESR (45.9) for compatibility to some sites.
anyway 2 clicks for duplication vs 3+additional mouse movement .. it adds up ... believe me.
I'll give 4 stars that 5th one comes with having the ability to move contexts out (or copied) to the main right click context menu. :) & Thanks Erosman for quick review!Respuesta del desarrollador
publicado el hace 7 añosFirefox Quantum. does not allow extensions to choose the location of their menu so that is not possible. Each extension is only given 1 menu space at the bottom so every menu has to come under that 1 space.
