Simple, yes; the best, definitely not!
Whilst not falling foul of the usual problem with most themes in that the pigs (?) are fully visible on a 4-row toolbar I don't find the plain white of the remaining background very appealing. And the text logo thing in the middle is almost completely obscured by my address bar and search box.
