I updated the description with directions, see if that does it for you.

EDIT: Thanks for the feedback. I'm not doing anything language-specific. Natively, it will use the language specified by the page itself.

    installed & straight away came up on the menu. There is only one voice, and it is only English, but very clear

    Does exactly what it says on the tin and requires no additional permissions.

    Unfortunately this extension is not working. Unless the author writes better instructions how to use it.

    A Follow Up:
    The developer was kind enough to reply to my last suggestion.

    Conclusion:. It works flawlessly on Windows OS & English Language. Tested randomly on Hebrew & Persian . It did not work - neither on Windows, nor Linux (Ubuntu).

    To take out the guess work, Please, list the languages & Operating system in which this wonderful app will work
