- Se valoró con 1 de 5by Meffa, hace 4 añosLogs you out without any reason, then asks for login and fails to do it correctly. Requires re-installation, and only after it finally works. I have only 4 other add-ons, which are some of the most popular on Firefox, all of them I basically mandatory for most users. So that dumb excuse from NordVPN developers, that it is not their fault, it is some bad bad third-party add-on interfere with theirs, is kinda funny in that case. There is no bad interference and even if there is, it is your badly written code cause this problem. Happens way too often, so I've cancelled subscription.

Works only once, when you remove and reinstall the add-on but the add-on immediately gets stuck again. Firefox is my main browser, so I have to cancel my subscription...

Can't login, can't logout once logged in, and so you can't change anything. Everything works only a single time once you uninstall/reinstall the extension. But once you log in and make your selections, it reverts to its broken state the next time you start the Firefox browser.
NordVPN, you need to spend less on ads and more on development, because ultimately it's the users who will determine whether or not to keep using (ie. $$$PAYING FOR$$$) your service.Respuesta del desarrollador

I will not continue my subscription, better use Mozilla VPN from now on

Other add-ons are showing okay. Installing another new add-on is okay so I guess it's the Add-on problem.
Toggling to enable/unable the add-on or reinstalling is not fixing the issue.

I log in and it gives me the message that I have successfully logged in, but then it still tells me to log in. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times (which is something that I should not need to continuously do), and tried logging in multiple times after each reinstall. What is the problem here NORD???????
This seriously makes me question the security and reliability of your VPN that I subscribe to.

Old Problem - Today it will no longer allow me to log in. It doesn't even give me the option. When I click on the settings it then gives me the option to log out, but also will not work. It was working great until today. Something has happened and needs to be corrected.
I received a message asking that I reinstall Nord. I had already tried that multiple times, however today it started working again. Who knows what was going on, but it seems to be ok now.

You just can't trust this add on. The icon shows you're connected but it randomly disconnects in the background so you think you're going through the VPN but you aren't. (the plugin worked well on chrome btw), my VPN is not usable currently and I will be forced to cancel my subscription if this problem is not fixed.

Android version has some issues too hanging but its a lot better than the windows version. Nord's customer support solution is to use their whole computer VPN and not the FF plugin. I can't do that. Not very fast either.

After entering my credentials it tells me that I have logged in, but I cannot select any countries to log in from as it says that I am not logged in.

I would recommend finding a company that actually cares what they put out.
edit 3/26/22 at random time it just stops working. Websites refuse to connect when using the vpn for indiscriminate amount of times. Doesn't happen every hour but often enough to be a pain. Still don't know how this is an issue i will be going to a different vpn after this subscription is over.Respuesta del desarrollador

Then you also have to re-add all your websites to the whitelist because many dont work with vpns. This is getting super annoying and I will be turning off automatic renewal if this isnt fixed soon. This is NOT A FREE VPN, you have to PAY for it.
