V2.8.4 Update - still frequent disconnects (not as bad as before), but reverting back to the stable V0.9.21 - I cannot afford for a site to half load then the VPN drop connection - this is not good for security - This is firefox fully updated with NO other add-ons or plugins.
Update for V2.6.3 - Still not usable. Connects, then prompts for username/password (firefox dialogue), can maybe access a single site, then after a few seconds dialogue says Failed to Connect, please try later. This is now every version except the initial release that does not work for me. Initial release still works perfectly with no issue, so back to that one again....... Original Review: Latest two updates (2.4 and 2.41) not usable for me. Logging in and connecting keeps kicking me out saying 'session limit exceeded, try again in 15 minutes'. Have logged with support, but meanwhile have reverted back to v0.9.21 which does have this issue and keeps me logged in with issues.

First off, this add-on is not free. You need to make an account on their website and pay for a subscription to their VPN service. Secondly. if I am connected to their VPN service, why would I need this add-on? I have nothing against NordVPN but geesh!

This extension is extremely resource heavy. Any interaction with this extension takes about 3 seconds for anything to actually pop up or react. I would stick to a desktop client as opposed to this extension.

When I turn on the extension, my internet access is completely blocked. This suddenly happened on Chrome and Firefox.
I can't find a support page or Forum on their website, all they have is a cruddy help page on how to install the extension.

This extenstion is just stupid. I'm turn on the nord VPN with United States server, and it's 'green'. It means VPN is working right? Nope, that is just buged. I CAN'T CHANGE THE SERVER AND I CAN'T EVEN TURN ON/OFF. Everytime when it buged, I have to restart Firefox. It also happened 1month ago, but still nothing fixed.

It is not free, asks for signing in but you need to pay before that

At first browser start VPN is OFF but it is looks like as to by ON. Always I need to do manual disconnect and connect.

I've been trying for three days to connect my computer to NordVPN, gone through layers of prompts, help pages, and searches, but prompts are often missing, or not visible to me. I've got no idea why nothing seems to work. Three different people have attempted this task, and I'm very frustrated now!!!! I had similar problems when trying to connect my phone with your service. I'm currently paying two subscriptions, but only get utility on one cell phone, sometimes :6

The VPN software is killing my OUTLOOK EMAIL outbound. ATT does not have a " SSL/TLS " option.

It must be one or the other. NOT working yet after my 4th delete & download......???

It's pretty bad... The extension indicates being connected when it's not. (Always verify with a site that displays your IP) To even get it to work after opening a window requires manually disconnecting and reconnecting to get it to connect. On top of that, it's super buggy and poorly written - taking seconds to just load the ui after the icon is clicked. I'd expect this type of thing from a free extension, but not from a paid service. I had high hopes, but don't waste your time with this extension. My advice: Find a VPN provider that actually takes some pride in the code they release.

The firefox plugin won't allow both username and password to the entered ff ubuntu 18.04 FF 61.0.1

I like the service for android and IOS but the Linux experience has been poor, particularly this add-on which closes itself whenever you try to select the password box, making it impossible to log in. Very unimpressed.

Almost unusable on Firefox while on other browsers it works okay. There are 3 MAJOR issues on Firefox:
1. When you click on extension icon it takes around 3 seconds for UI to show up. This is extremely annoying even more because of other bugs that are forcing you to interact with extension more then you need to (will explain it now).
2. When you finally connect to server and after you restart Firefox NordVPN icon will be green which indicates that proxy connection is established. However that is not true, you are not REALLY connected although extension is suggesting that. You have to click on icon (and wait 3 seconds), disconnect (3-5 seconds) and finally reconnect (3-5 seconds). So if you want to use this extension on Firefox, you have to do this every time you start Firefox.
3. Extension won't even open UI in private mode.

This is a paid service and this extension is almost unusable, forcing me to leave 1 star review. I wouldn't recommend it even if it was free, at least not on Firefox.
