I don't need to block things 100%, I just need to train myself out of the reflex of opening a new tab, typing 're' + enter, and then losing 15 minutes on reddit before I realize what I'm doing. This extension (and the app) do that beautifully. - Se valoró con 5 de 5por dtrnr, hace 2 años

It's simple to use and they absolutely know that social media is an addiction and that some people doesn't have enough self control to just don't open the sites/apps. Great extension 10/10!!

Required more permissions without elaborating.
Switched to a shame based system which makes me feel bad about intentionally spending time using the web.
The extension is no longer useful and causes picture-in-picture + background video to stop. This is not what I want and is not configurable. Uninstalling is the only option.Respuesta del desarrollador
publicado el hace 2 añosThanks a lot for your feedback, Mark! That’s definitely not intended. one sec should not shame you. Could you elaborate a bit which new features / designs make you feel that way?
We’ll take a look at the video issues you’ve reported as well! - Se valoró con 5 de 5por Usuario de Firefox 14074716, hace 2 años

Recommend the 1 second delay, perfect amount for me. - Se valoró con 5 de 5por Potato_Head, hace 2 añosI stumbled upon this extension watching Ali Abdal video on time management. Despite its simplicity, it's a great extension. Just adds enough resistance to something you do automatically without any thinking. Which makes you think for a second "Do I really want to do this right now? or Is it just muscle memory and bad habits that brought me here?". Totally recommend for anyone struggling to decrease their usage for time wasting website and be more mindful on what you spend your time on. There's an app as well for those who don't know, available for both Android and iOS.
