publicado el hace 3 mesesSorry to hear that. We offer certain features exclusively on our paid plans to ensure the continued availability of our free plan for users who may not be able to afford to subscribe. It's about striking a balance between offering a free service and providing added benefits to our paid subscribers.
On another note, we've shared your feedback with the team for future consideration. That said, keep in mind that you can create notes or custom fields for more specific items that don't fit the available templates (proton.me/support/pass-custom-field).
Lastly, Proton Pass is headquartered in Switzerland, which has some of the world's strongest privacy laws. However, Switzerland is an expensive country to maintain a service in. Nonetheless, we appreciate your feedback and have taken note of it accordingly.

For example, Proton Pass introduced custom item types a while back, and within like a day, all their clients (mac, linux, chrome extension, etc) rolled out an updated version that supports them. Well, all except for the Firefox extension. Thus, custom item types can't even be seen - much less used - within Firefox. Otherwise this is a great extension with a pleasant UI.

publicado el hace 3 díasThank you for your review. The update for the Proton Pass Firefox extension is coming soon. Firefox sometimes takes a longer time to validate the updates of our extension, therefore the Firefox extension may receive the updated version and make it available to users a bit later after its release. We appreciate your patience in the meantime. - Se valoró con 5 de 5por Usuario de Firefox 15167055, hace 3 días
