publicado el hace 2 mesesThank you for your support. We'd love to earn a 5-star rating from you -- if you have any suggestions on how we can improve our service, don't hesitate to pass your feedback along to us by navigating to the Proton Pass extension Settings → Support → Report a problem. We always appreciate our community's input. - Se valoró con 4 de 5por Bob, hace 2 mesesGreat add-on. Only reason I am deducting one star is lack of support for autofill in NTLM authorization form. Could you please add support for NTLM. Thank you.
Further clarification for developer:
Small pop-up window appears and asks for credentials, but Proton pass icon is not available in the pop-up.
Actually, it looks like it is not basic auth as I mentioned originally, but NTLM...Respuesta del desarrollador

- It doesn't show an autofill overlay for some websites
- It requires a PIN instead of the account password to encrypt the data stored locally. Why do we need to remember yet another 6-digit? We already need to remember Proton's passwordRespuesta del desarrollador

On another note, the PIN code is an additional layer of security that you can disable if you don't wish to use one (proton.me/support/proton-pass-pin). - Se valoró con 4 de 5por Usuario de Firefox 19027754, hace 2 meses
- Se valoró con 4 de 5por anon77111, hace 2 mesesExcellent pw manager that only gets better with time! My only "complaints"/requests keeping it from 5 stars:
1) QR codes --
ProtonPass could really use a QR code screenshot/image scanner (like GNOME Authenticator's) for sites that don't alternatively provide the code (e.g. Twilio).
2) Email Aliases --
There's (currently) no way to attach aliases to the sites for which they've been created. So every time we click on the email input for an aliased site, we're prompted to create a new alias instead of being able to select an existing email, alias or otherwise.
3) 2FA --
I love being able to have multiple TOTPs, but it'd be an ENORMOUS value-add if ProtonPass allowed us to match specific TOTPs with specific websites/subdomains. Current example...
I have one Azure login with access to 4 tenants, each w/ their own TOTP. Upon login to any Azure sites, I'm routed through each tenant's MFA...
tenant1 login: ProtonPass produces the main TOTP, which happens to belong to tenant1 (correct)
tenant2 login: ProtonPass produces the main TOTP, which belongs to tenant1 (incorrect).
tenant3 login: (same as tenant2)
tenant4 login: (same as tenant2)
I have to go back to the extension, scroll to the bottom to see my list of extra TOTPs, copy the correct one, then paste. This leads into #4...
4) Privacy --
I would love to see an option to hide, or even just collapse, recent account logins by default so everything isn't on blast when accessing ProtonPass while screensharing/streaming/pair-programming/etc. (Bonus pts for a virtual blackout option, like "Privacy Mode" on RustDesk/AnyDesk/etc.!)
Keep up the incredible work and overall mission!!Respuesta del desarrollador

With the addition of file attachments arriving soon it can replace my 1Password subscription completely.
I don't like the PIN-login though, I would prefer to use my Proton Password or Windows Hello.Respuesta del desarrollador
publicado el hace 3 mesesThank you for your review. Keep in mind that you can disable the PIN code in the extension settings if you don't wish to use one (proton.me/support/proton-pass-pin). On another note, you can set up an extra password if you'd like more security (proton.me/support/pass-extra-password). Meanwhile, we've made sure to share your feedback with the team accordingly. - Se valoró con 4 de 5por donderwolk, hace 4 meses
- Se valoró con 4 de 5por Bork, hace 4 meses- Autofill and password saving don't always show up when they should, but works great ~99% of the time.
- If a login page redirects you twice, the pop-up for saving the password disappears.
- Would love more control of symbol/number amount in the password generator (simular to Bitwardens solution?)
- As a new user I struggled with finding every feature. The interface feels like it compromises on intuitivity for compactness and looks, tho it's even worse on mobile.

The extension is great. It's a shame that it's too linked to the proton count.
It would be nice to be able to sync at least one vault via the 100 KB Firefox Sync storage that every Firefox extension has, or better, via a database file, like KeePass.
Subfolders, as in KeePass would also be welcome.
I'm waiting for an answer, Proton:)Respuesta del desarrollador
publicado el hace 3 mesesThank you for your review. Your Proton Pass entries are stored on Proton's servers with zero-access encryption. Nonetheless, we've documented your feedback regarding this, as well as subfolders, for future consideration. You can follow our blog (https://proton.me/blog) and our direct channels for any news and updates Proton Pass-related. - Se valoró con 4 de 5por Usuario de Firefox 18325544, hace 4 mesesOnly thing stopping me giving it a 5/5 is a lack of ability to scan barcodes with the premium version

I have to manually create the account, and after logging in, it asks again if I want to save the new login. A bit annoying. Otherwise, a great add-on!
