i have both extension and firefoxpwa installed but it says unexpected error occured,does e being user of windows 7 play factor in that?

Please check troubleshooting tasks (https://pwasforfirefox.filips.si/help/troubleshooting/) to obtain the extension and native logs and create an issue on GitHub. Also, Windows 7 is no longer supported, so you might experience issues because of that.
