We're happy to let you know that both features you requested have been implemented in the latest version (1.2.0).

You can now disable the right-click context menu from the extension's options page. The list also now hides the current tab by default. If you'd like to see the current tab (for a Firefox-style Ctrl-Tab experience), you can turn that on in the options as well.

Please update to the latest version to access these new settings.
