By the way, your requests are not so clear how you want it done so if you could tell me in more details that would be great.
Actually I don't know why don't you use bookmarks to achieve your 2nd request.
This extension aims to be a tool that free up your memory and desktop by closing and saving tabs when you don't use them.

I developed this addon to get rid of 100+ tabs when I need to work on different projects or just want to browse after work.
