por TheGrynnKeeper, hace 2 añosWorks as advertised. Highlights the searched word(s) on the web page without pressing 'enter', or clicking a button. Like this better than the old program that I had.

- Se valoró con 1 de 5por Adam, hace 6 añosIt works but the color it "highlights" is so dim and dull it's hardly any help, maybe on black&white text page.
Would be great if I could chose color. - Se valoró con 1 de 5por Usuario de Firefox 14734850, hace 6 añosWhen Lightbeam is used, I find out that it connects with Google.

Thanks! — It should only highlight and not change the layout with huge round frames arround every find (maybe a setting?). Also some very basic "dummy-regex" would be nice, so if you search for something like "40M" but can't remember the number, you could type "{n}M" and all number-M combinations would be highlighted. On the old "SearchWP" addOn I would have searched just for "M" and checked the output fast scrolling, with the huge borders around every "M" with this tool, you can't read the text any more... So maybe just the style would help already, but dummy-regex would be something extra nice. :)

I highly second the requests for
- dedicated colors for each entered word
- integration with the Search Bar (automagically draw the words you searched for into the Search Highlighter after the search was made) so a single click would highlight on the page what was searched for - Se valoró con 5 de 5por Ds32, hace 7 años
- Se valoró con 3 de 5por Bluezo, hace 7 añosNice but I miss some essential functions for a search highlighter :
a) The choice of color !
b) The use of multiple colors for multiple words or expressions (an expression could be colored thanks to quotation marks like "this is an example" just as in Google Search !!!
Maybe in next releases ?
As such, for me, it is not useful ! - Se valoró con 3 de 5por webandmedia, hace 7 añosStill not reached the efficiency of search wp that reads directly the google tool bar keywords
Placing the terms manually is annoying and time wasting - Se valoró con 5 de 5por Usuario de Firefox 12647563, hace 7 añosCurrently the best (and ONLY decent) highlighting extension available as WebExtension for Firefox 57+.
My only suggestion for improvement is different words could get different highlight colors automatically.
Thanks for your work on this!!! - Se valoró con 4 de 5por Usuario de Firefox 13596644, hace 8 añosGreat add-on, a good substitute to SearchWP, still missing a few handy options (multiple colours for different words, jump to the next occurrence using the wheel button, integration with the Search bar, etc.). Also the rounded highlighting modifies the layout a bit too much. Thanks Kelvin !
