por faui, hace 2 añosSubsequently to a payment for a 7 days premium VPN access occurred on my bank account several fraudulent credit card payments in USD (currency of the payment). As I have never had any such problem before, I consider that Setup VPN's payment site is not safe or maybe there is a leak inside the company. Here is what they answered to my complaint: "We are a vpn company with 8 million people. Please go to your bank and close that card, we think the leak is on your side." No greetings, no serious consideration, very unprofessional. Definiteley not recommandable.

(1) Supplied me with a VPN service that was faulty right from the start.
(2) When finally (after seven months) I decided to stop using their service for a better VPN provider I asked for a refund on my two-year subscription, amounting to eighteen months or $33.75 ... A pro rata refund on my two-year subscription of $45.00 would amount to $33.75, the amount requested.
