- Se valoró con 1 de 5por Usuario de Firefox 17016267, hace 2 díasI used to use it because it was good at pointing out transphobes. Now, it's useless. All I see is trans people marked as red, and actual transphobes unmarked or marked green. The team in charge of it is unreliable.
- Se valoró con 1 de 5por GBMoD, hace 3 díasthis used to be a really useful tool, it has shown a light on all sort of content creators that i used to like but never bothered looking into their personal beliefs. this however is not what the extension is being used for now. i have seen more intersex and trans people get flagged in recent times than i have actual transphobic people. i don't know if this is the creators doing or if its a group of salty transphobes but something needs to change. this is no reason why a intersex activist is getting flagged for anti-lgbt messaging when its done nothing but spread awareness about trans and intersex problems. whoever is behind this is no better than the transphobes that this extension was made to flag. i highly doubt this is the only case of misuse of this extension and i highly doubt this is going to be the last but until someone fixes this i HIGHLY recommend everyone who uses this extension to make sure the person you see flagged (green or red) is actually accurate.
- Se valoró con 1 de 5por Sunny Haven, hace 4 díasThe intent of the extension is really commendable, but this extension has just resulted in lots of trans infighting or sometimes things that have nothing to do with transgender folk are marked as anti-trans. I have had to take who is marked as trans-friendly or anti-trans with a grain of salt, and at that point, there's no reason to have this extension.
I think the real thing that holds this thing back is being unable to see why someone is marked the way they are. I imagine the developers aren't able to review every marked item but mandating that a reason (and a link for proof) for marking an individual/link be given—that is available for everyone to see—would make it much easier to discern what is something being marked honestly or not. But without that and without a review process, I can't trust this extension. A shame, I really liked the idea of it. - Se valoró con 1 de 5por randomfate, hace 5 díasthis extension used to be really useful for identifying transphobic people, but lately i've noticed that it's marking a lot of trans and intersex people as "transphobic", which in addition to following stupid online discourse, renders the extension useless. L devs, grow up and understand that infighting within the trans community will only hurt us in the long run. shame to see a formerly useful extension go bad like this.

why are nonbinary folk being flagged as transphobes
why are intersex people marked as transphobes
this addon has been used to bully anyone who isn't a white woman on twitter for months now. This is what it has become, a harming tool to POC. - Se valoró con 5 de 5por Avakining, hace 6 días
- Se valoró con 1 de 5por leavemetheFUCKALONE, hace 7 díasThis add-on is incredibly racist.
It is being used to pit the world's most vulnerable people against each other.
Black people who have proven time and time again that they are trans-friendly are being marked as anti-trans for the sole reason of being black.
Please do not use this add-on if you care about BIPOC or are BIPOC yourself. - Se valoró con 1 de 5por Usuario de Firefox 19248245, hace 7 días

- Se valoró con 1 de 5por Seamus, hace 8 díasthis has become useless in light of infighting in the trans community. transphobic people are consistently marked as trans friendly and people actively fighting transphobia are consistently marked as transphobic.
- Se valoró con 1 de 5por Usuario de Firefox 19414640, hace 9 díasutterly useless as an extension as it doesn't explain why certain people or websites are listed as green or red, so you have no idea who is actually transphobic and who just has the wrong opinions on the most common trans infighting topics according to the extension creators. i've seen multiple seemingly pro trans blogs marked as red and with no explanation for why they're marked red it's hard to make any judgement for myself on whether or not they align with my views or not.

Many of the people rating this as "five stars" claim transmisogyny and "review bombing."
It is not review bombing. Most, if not all, of the one-star reviews are valid concerns and I have witnessed the things the one-star reviews are talking about with my own eyes. The people giving out one star reviews are not being transmisogynist. The fact that my own sisters in the trans community will claim such of people actually having grievances and struggles of their own is a fact that disgusts me.
Most of the one-star reviews are discussing experiencing "transandrophobia," intersexism, and even racism at the hands of the developers of this extension. They speak of many people being completely, unfairly, and unjustly marked red, and I have seen this happening more and more often, and I find more and more people being marked green purely on the basis of being a trans woman.
This is actually a one-star review, but I wanted to put this here to challenge the people in the 5-star section having the disgusting gall to call our trans siblings "transmisogynist" for the mere fact that they are not trans women themselves.
And if one such reviewer is reading this...
Do better. I know you can. Fix your hearts. - Se valoró con 5 de 5por Usuario de Firefox 19401446, hace 11 días
- Se valoró con 5 de 5por Rookery, hace 12 díasThis thing is getting a lot of bad reviews due to the concept of "men benefit from misogyny" paired with "trans men are, in fact, men" causing them to hold systemic power over trans women despite both experiencing transphobia. The way that trans women experience both misogyny and transphobia yields the unique combination known as transmisogyny, basic intersectionality stuff, and this tool being used to mark transmisogynists who despite ostensibly being good on "trans issues" participate in transmisogynistic posting etc has gotten non-transfem people invested in their own perception of inculpability up in arms.

I've used the extension for many years, and have only found a handful of instances where it was obvious as a miss-flag, otherwise seemed pretty accurate. The creator does kinda suck though. Though I don't use Tumblr, so that might be why it's been fairly fine for me. I've heard that it can be pretty hit or miss there as people use it against each other.

- Se valoró con 1 de 5por Noein, hace 15 díasDue to the biases of the creator and the inherent flaws in a community driven blacklist, Shinigami Eyes is primarily used to incorrectly mark trans and intersex people as red. It's especially bad with Intersex people, who the developer does not like, and who ergo bear the brunt of being incorrectly marked and then never unmarked. Please learn to recognize Transphobic dogwhistles on your own, this extension will mislead you and actively harms our own community.
- Se valoró con 1 de 5por Usuario de Firefox 18765898, hace 17 díascreator got involved in some really reactionary transphobic and intersexist terminally online discourse and encourages people to misuse the tool based on that discourse, so it's uselesss now. random people who have said nothing transphobic are marked red for no reason besides someone disagreed with them on the internet over something dumb. it's also super common for intersex folks to be marked red for the crime of existing while intersex. very sad as this used to be a useful extension but if you're not knee deep in pointless terminally online discourse and don't need help navigating said discourse avoid this extension. it only serves to confuse and divide further.

- Se valoró con 5 de 5por Usuario de Firefox 19293090, hace 18 díasA lot of people are rating this 1 star because they are being correctly flagged as transmisogynists. Shinigami Eyes is working as intended, and they're big mad about it.
- Se valoró con 1 de 5por avendara, hace 19 díasY'all marked a tumblr user who LITERALLY CALLED TRANS PEOPLE R@PISTS AS GREEN! ARE YOU SERIOUS???? And this same person ALSO went on an unhinged racist rant about POC! There are MULTIPLE transphobes marked green, while multiple trans women and trans men and nonbinary folks marked red! What the actual???

- Se valoró con 5 de 5por Raven, hace 19 díasNot something to follow religiously, but does a pretty decent job of letting you know when to take extra caution around certain accounts.
Unfortunately it's currently getting review-bombed becuase a very small number of tumblr transmasc/intersex people got flagged red after repeatedly saying anti-transfem things, and so have been trying to convince everyone the extension has an agenda against them all. I've found it to be pretty accurate though.
