Sidebar Browsing Panel is designed to be simple and local-first.

What this extension stores

This extension stores only:

• the URLs you choose to save in the extension
• a temporary URL when you use the context menu to open a link in the sidebar

This data is stored locally in your browser using the extension storage API.

What this extension does not do

This extension does not:

• create user accounts
• send your saved URLs to my servers
• use analytics, tracking, or advertising
• sell or share your data with third parties

When you open a website in the sidebar

When you choose to open a website in the sidebar, your browser connects directly to that website. That website may collect data according to its own privacy policy. I do not control or take responsibility for the privacy practices of third-party websites.

Your control

You can remove saved URLs inside the extension, including clearing the saved URL list.

This does not clear data stored by websites themselves or data kept by your browser, such as cookies, cached files, history, or site storage.
