PS. Today I had 7 useful tabs in Firefox, and then I closed the main window. After that I found another window with some site which opened in the background. After closing that separate window, all my 7 useful tabs were wasted.
I would like to avoid losing tabs in this way in the future, and that is why I am installing your extension.
Also, I hope it has autosaving, because I will not save sessions. I just forget about it when I read all those 7 tabs. - Se valoró con 5 de 5por Usuario de Firefox 12618754, hace 7 años

Tab Session behaves very well and can restore my sessions (-+150 tabs) using the "lazy" function without any crashing. - Se valoró con 5 de 5por Usuario de Firefox 13669729, hace 7 añosThank you for this app, it saved my bacon twice today. Once when I thought I had lost ALL 45 open tabs in FF, when FF did yet ANOTHER release that screwed up my tabs, and then when I tried using another tab app, it misbehaved badly, totally corrupting them and I had to remove it.
Turned out, both times when I clicked on the little icon, and then clicked restore, the files were there and I was able to get an uncorrupted file to save and reload my tabs.
Only problem I've had with it is that for some reason, I can no longer use the "import" function as when I do "browse", I get taken to a subfolder that has my back up under "Weather.com" and it's only my weather app files that are there. I can NOT find my session.js folder anywhere on my computer. Don't know where or when it left the building. That could be my fault, the fault of another update of the (crappy) "new, Improved" FF browser that has done nothing but crash.
It also saved my tabs from the massive crash when the initial update left my tabs gone for good - or so I thought. I was able to save about 110 tabs with this app.
Thank you for the time and effort you put into making this app. - Se valoró con 5 de 5por Michael Woffenden, hace 7 añosWorking well for me and the developer is very responsive.

Does exactly what I want it to do which is saving groups of tabs so that I can open them all later.
Unsure why the ratings are so low, possibly an older, more alpha version. - Se valoró con 5 de 5por sudowtf, hace 7 añosthis add-on's auto-save has saved me numerous times. Firefox multi-windows with pinned tabs is great, but closing the wrong window (pinned tabs) will get lost. However this addon saves the day every time such mistake is made. 💚

Bug:
When a saved session contains 2 windows, if the second window only contains an "about:newtab" tab, then clicking on it in the list opens the page within Tab Session Manager's pop-up window instead of the browser window.
Improvement:
I have hundreds of tabs in a single window. Browsing the list of all tabs per window could be more convenient if you could collapse the list of Window 1's tabs to quickly see the tabs in Window 2. This could be done by clicking Window 1's favicon. You could also include a setting that if a session contains more than one window, collapse all windows in the list by default. This would make it faster to get to a given window should you have multiple of them in a saved session.
Another suggestion would be to allow clicking on the window's name e.g. "Window 1" to open the entire window. This way you can restore just one of the windows in a saved session. Alternatively, "Window 1" could act as the collapse/expand functionality mentioned above, and an " - Open" link added to the right of it (this may be better UX design because the distance between the favicon and the "Window 1" word is quite small which could lead to errors such as accidentally opening a Window with hundreds of tabs).

This happens if you allow auto-save. After there are x number of sessions (set in settings) and your saved session is included and replaced by subsequent sessions. Thus, I had to turn off auto-save to preserve my really needed sessions. It would be nice if saved sessions are separated out so one could use both features and save a session indefinitely. Would also be nice if saved sessions could be auto exported.
