Hi Esther, I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with our browser extension. My guess is that your issues are caused by a limitation in Firefox that prevents browser extensions from requesting certain permissions at install time. We've just released a new version of the extension that should provide a fix for this. The extension will now detect missing permissions and request them when needed.
