I cannot get it to work. It fails silently. I can't figure out why. I use a similar chrome app that is connecting and adding torrent files without issue. https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/kfbocdnicmioodheiciijiegbmfoliim

Please use email or GitHub issues for support, not reviews!

Make sure the URL is correct (ends in /transmission/ as described in the field) and you can access the Transmission Web UI.
