por Usuario de Firefox 14395388, hace 7 añosTotally awful plug-in.
I have around 45 pinned tabs. To my surprise I could not find any possibility to scroll down!! Wait, what?
Intuitively I held ctrl and scrolled my mouse wheel. And lo and behold there at the bottom appeared a scroll bar to see my other 100 tabs.
In return the entries became smaller and smaller. Almost unable to read. Really awful way of handling!
Nonetheless I had to read in github that its developer won't see a (quite comprehensible) reason to add "minnified" pinned tabs at the top of his "add-on", like Tree Tabs or Tree Style Tab effectively and successfully do!
I just can't understand this way of thinking.
For this move I would want to subtract the last star of this rating, if that would be possible.
Compact pinned tabs are space (and time) saving. And they are standard. Even in Firefox itself, so why ignore this favorable way of organizing tabs?! I can't understand.
I even showed it some of my developer friends and they could not understand it either!
VTR could be a nice plug-in, but at the moment it means too much effort to get the tabs right. So...nope.
I will stick to TST and Tree Tabs as their developer are more open to reason...
Maybe in the future...

I don't know where you did read something like this. Minified pinned tabs are planned.
I would also recommend to comment on the respective GitHub issues so we can have a direct discussion.

publicado el hace un añoThis does not sound related to VTR and has most likely another cause. If you have more information feel free to create an issue on Github. - Se valoró con 5 de 5por jpxsat, hace 2 añosOmg this is SO COOL!!! What a slim and revamped Firefox does this give!!
If there would be something to add, I can only wish for a "merge" or "blend" window controls into the meny bar, so to still be able to minimize the window when all the "hidden" options are on. - Se valoró con 5 de 5por Usuario de Firefox 12683285, hace 2 añosHi!
Thank you for the add-on!
I have one little request, can you add a search bar, sometimes it's necessary.
Thank you! - Se valoró con 5 de 5por Usuario de Firefox 17822542, hace 2 años

A couple of suggestions:
1) remove the dividers among items, they add weight and are not needed. UI will look better without.
2) I like to keep the panel on the right hand side. When many tabs are opened and a scroll bar appears, it's quite difficult to hit the delete icon. I suggest to make the target area larger. - Se valoró con 5 de 5por Usuario de Firefox 17085257, hace 3 años

has a close button for the tabs and
an option menu.
But, settings can't be changed in Private mode
and there's no simple button to switch
between bright/dark mode.. - Se valoró con 5 de 5por MeetHelper, hace 4 años

- Se valoró con 5 de 5por grebulon, hace 4 añosThis is very useful. I hide the top tab bar with a userChrome hack and just use this addon. I like the compactness of the tab bar.
What I miss is support for container tabs - VTR doesn't show the container color and doesn't have the menu to move tabs into containers. - Se valoró con 3 de 5por lordmax, hace 4 años

- Se valoró con 5 de 5por Misha, hace 5 añosJust installed it and Wow! It is reacting to clicks much faster than Tree Style Tabs. Does not seem to require too broad permissions. Does not come with attempt to show tabs in tree which I anyway disabled whenever I could. Just seems to do well what it should do.
I hope that Firefox stops leaking memory like crazy as it used to do with TST.
I wish it also had bright color theme with less intense colors. - Se valoró con 3 de 5por BelgarathFTW, hace 5 añosNot really a review, just a question on the add on. Is it possible to move the vertical tabs to the opposite side of the screen?

publicado el hace 5 añosYou find such an option in the drop-down of the sidebar. See also https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/use-firefox-sidebar-access-bookmarks-history-synced
I would prefer it if you don't use reviews for questions anymore as this isn't the right place for it. Either use GitHub issues for this or use these ways: https://github.com/Croydon/vertical-tabs-reloaded#contact
